Terms and Conditions

Cancellation or Changes to your booking
72 hrs (or 3 working days) notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 72 hours notice will incur a 50% charge on your total quoted rate. There may be additional charges if your booking includes travel costs.

Payment terms
A 50% deposit will be required prior to the booking. We will invoice you for the balance on the day of the event and payment must be made within 14 days (full details on your invoice).

Therapist Health & Safety
If the event is being held at a location of your choice, our therapists should have access to drinking water and toilets. Reasonable breaks will be allocated by our Lead Therapist within the parameters of any specific requests of your booking. A full day includes a 1 hour lunch break plus 2 x 15 minute breaks per Therapist.
